4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Gujarat: 5–7 working days
Other States: 7–10 working days

Free shipping is available across India on minimum order value of ₹240.

6. Refund & Returns

Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

Opened food products are not eligible for return unless approved in writing.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
