At SnowBites, we strive to deliver high-quality food products. Due to the consumable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is as follows:
Customers may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Opened food products are not eligible for return, unless specifically approved in writing by SnowBites.
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must provide clear photo or video proof at the time of complaint.

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
