Refund & Return Policy

At SnowBites, we strive to deliver high-quality food products. Due to the consumable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is as follows:


1. Return Eligibility

  • Customers may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Opened food products are not eligible for return, unless specifically approved in writing by SnowBites.

  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must provide clear photo or video proof at the time of complaint.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened food products (unless approved in writing)

  • Used or consumed items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling


3. Refund Process

  • Once the return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
